This is to inform you that some of your files have been corrupted. I downloaded files that had irremovable virus in them. One name was vervaco leopard, the other was md in my garden. After having received these files I have 2 computers in my home which I have downloaded from this website. Now both of them will not update their security features. Please look into this matter. I know it is from ur website that caused my problem, the only computer I haven't downloaded from ur site in my home does not have the problem.

Please respond ASAP.

I don't think this is a proper way to handle ur members and brings a bad reputation to ur website.

WHen I go to the free patterns there is a big note that they are 1 gold coin each.  However, when I download it takes the 1 gold coin twice.  This removes 2 gold coins for each download.  Help.

I'm a newbie here, so plz, be patient with me... It will bring you some good karma, guarantee! Hee, hee.
I read your instructions on "how to download repaint patterns on vip section" and "how to download repaint patterns on members section". I dont have PC Stitch nor Pattern Maker programs, so those "how to" dont help me.
I read that "Scanned Patterns: You should pay 5 gold coins per attachment", and understand the download of the pattern has a value to be added top those 5 coins. Right? My problem is: I can't find where to pay those coins.
Here is an example of what I mean:

That's what I get when trying to download this SODA pattern. The pink arrow is pointing to the info I get when I pass over the little "compressed files" icon
: Downloads:10    08-21-2010   00:57   Download Need Gold Coin 1. When I click on it I get to download a php file, which I cant read.  I just know I'm doing something wrong, because I dont see myself "paying" anything for it.
Help? What should I do in this case?
